Comprehensive Planning
Long range and community-wide planning, including PlanCOS, the City's Comprehensive PlanA comprehensive plan is a guiding document that provides a framework for city policies and priorities regarding the physical development of the city. It is a long-range vision of what we want our city to become and is a tool for making decisions about how that vision should be achieved. Land Use Review
Reviews and provides professional planning recommendations and decisions on a variety of development applications both administratively and at public hearings. This division also provides information regarding zoning, land use and development proposals to the general public and the development community.

Provides neighborhood outreach and code enforcement (property maintenance, zoning, graffiti, and other violations of the City Code)
